This is our general policy for refunds and returns. Nothing in this is to be construed as a contract for service or a requirement to perform in any specific way. All rights are reserved, including refusal of service and the right to alter this policy or make a case-by-case exception at any time without notice.

This policy is applicable to Ricky B Ventures, LLC, which does business as Pet Loft NW and operates various names derived from Pet Loft, including Petloftpdx and Petloftnw.

Wet Food, Treats & Biscuits

Unopened and undamaged products may be returned within 14 days. Between 15 and 30 days, a product may be exchanged or issued store credit only.

Dry Foods

Most kibble is returnable within 14 days if the pet will not eat it or in other similar situations. Most brands understand that pets can be picky!

The food must be in its original package with all barcodes and date codes intact. Removal of vital bag information will void any return.

Between 15 and 30 days, a product may be exchanged or issued store credit only.

Frozen & Refrigerated Foods

Frozen or refrigerated whole-diet foods that the pet will not eat may be returned under the same policy as dry foods.

However, unopened bags purchased in multiples cannot be returned once they have left the store.

Because returned frozen and refrigerated food cannot be resold, it is non-returnable for any other reason.

Toys & Other Pet Supplies

Unopened and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days. All tags and packaging must be present. Between 15 and 30 days, a product may be exchanged or issued store credit only.

Toys are meant to be destroyed and are not guaranteed to last any specific length of time. Some manufacturers do offer guarantees and may replace certain items within different time frames.

All manufacturer guarantees require a receipt. Pet Loft cannot process these guarantees because they are manufacturer-direct and vary significantly between manufacturers.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened items, except as otherwise noted in this policy
• Bulk foods or treats
• Damaged items, other than clear manufacturer defects
• Items sold as-is, including clearance items

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not returnable. All gift card sales are final.

Gift cards purchased at a discount will have an expiration date at least 30 days after the date of sale. Gift cards sold at full price have no expiration date.

Pet Loft assumes no responsibility for replacing a lost gift card. Gift cards should be treated as cash.

Product Recalls & Manufacturer Exceptions

The only exception to any part of this policy is for items under a recall or otherwise announced as returnable by a manufacturer, distributor, or government agency.

Pet Loft NW follows all applicable health regulations and cooperates fully with any adverse product event.

Right to Refuse Service

Pet Loft NW reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Shoplifters, counterfeiters, and all other fraudulent actions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
