At Pet Loft NW, we are dedicated to providing the best quality food and gear for your beloved pets. Our mission is to enhance the lives of pets and their owners through quality pet products and expert advice.
We are a locally, family, owned and operated independent pet food and supply retail store. We believe that any job worth doing is worth doing well. This philosophy is the bedrock of all we do at Pet Loft NW. From sourcing the best food and treats to picking out which toys we carry, you can be assured we sell quality products.
Of course, we cannot possibly carry everything. Unlike many other pet stores, we will order an item just for you. If we can get it from our distributors, we will get it just for you!
Many customers think "small, local, they must be expensive!" We have great news; we believe in value! We are extremely competitive. Especially, when it comes to food. Plus, we participate in Astro Loyalty, a pet focused loyalty program, where we give away over $1,000 a week in earned rewards and special discounts. Add on our specials and bulk 10% discount on canned wet food, and the value keeps coming.
Lastly, we believe in community. We offer top benefits to our staff, and we support local brands and non-profits. We love to be the first pet store to offer a new local brand. We love to see pets go to a great new home.
